Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for Groove 2026 are non-refundable. Once the payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to any other event or individual. This policy applies to all ticket categories, including early-bird, regular, VIP, and group bookings.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
1. Change of plans or personal inconvenience.
2. Failure to attend the event.
3. Event schedule changes, artist line-up modifications, or venue updates.

Exceptional Scenarios

A refund will be considered only if the event is fully cancelled by the organizers due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a case, the decision and refund method will be communicated officially through our website and registered communication channels. The refund mode and timeline will be at the discretion of management.

Ticket Transfer

Ticket transfers (changing the attendee name) are allowed only if approved by the organizing team and may be subject to verification or additional processing requirements. Transfer eligibility is not guaranteed.

Payment Disputes

Any payment-related concerns must be reported along with valid transaction details. Chargebacks initiated without contacting the organizers may result in blocking from future events.
